Read thoroughly before booking

We require a VALID card on file to book an appointment.

Do not show up early or late to your appointment. Show up right on time unless discussed and approved by our salon.

Appointment preferred. If you want to walk in, call ahead to see if we can accommodate.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

We require 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24 hours before your service start time, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total service price.

No Show policy:

If you do not show up, (“No Show”) your scheduled appointment, we will charge your card on file the no show fee which is 50% of your total service price.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior communication, we consider this a no show.

If we attempt to charge your card and it is not valid for any reason (insufficient funds, invalid card, etc.) you will be invoiced the balance of the fee. This invoice will go to your email on file.

If an invoice has to be sent, any appointment you attempt to book online will require acceptance from our salon to confirm your booking. We will only accept your request to book with us if all invoices are paid.

More than 3 no shows could result in us permanently blocking your booking access with our salon.

CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED.

Always click the confirmation text that is sent 48 hours in advance if you know you are coming.

If you do not confirm your appointment by the day of, we will assume you are not coming, and we are subject to either cancel your appointment if the spot is needed by someone else, or "doublebook" appointments over your appointment, and you will be serviced second, which means you will have to wait to be serviced.

An appointment reminder is sent 2 hours before your appointment, if you know you are running late, give us a courtesy call at least 2 hours in advance, and we will do our best to make sure we are still able to service you. If we cannot accommodate you due to your late arrival, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.
